James Burton

James has been a criminal defense attorney at Alex Hanna Law since 2018. In 20__, he became department chief of the firms criminal department. He began his career in criminal defense in 2013 in Duval County, Florida. He has practiced criminal defense in cases from the Florida Panhandle to Key West. He has conducted 25 jury trials and served as first-chair in 22 of them. He has also conducted several bench trials and motion hearings. His side hobbies include studying foreign languages and trying out the newest AI technology.
