Madison A. Embry

Madison Arcemont Embry works at the Dallas office of Phillips Murrah as an associate. She specializes in employment issues, such as risk management, administrative charges, and litigated matters. Additionally, she handles complex tort matters throughout Texas. Madison graduated cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During her time there, she served as the Managing Editor for the International Lawyer and was a national semifinalist in the ABA Labor & Employment Mock Trial Competition. Madisons interest in litigation led her to research the transition of Texas courts to online hearings in the summer of 2020. She subsequently served internships for both state and federal judges. She is proud to have received the Graduate Student Deans Award for Interdisciplinary Research for her findings and presentation on blockchain and intestate succession.
