Nathan Henderson

Nathan is an associate attorney with Carrazco Law. He has been working with the firm for over five years. Nathan grew up in Orange County, California. His father is a civil rights attorney and his mother works in public schools providing occupational therapy to children with developmental disabilities. His wife, Elizabeth Kappes, is also an occupational therapist. She previously worked at Stanford University in inpatient and acute psychiatric services and now works at a public school district in Southern California, in addition to providing assessments of infants following at-risk births. Nathans parents impressed the importance of public service, and today, both he and his wife work to lift marginalized communities and serve those in need. Nathan went to the University of Southern California (USC), where he studied math and physics and earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics. His time studying physics gave him skills that translated to legal analysis: it increased his skepticism, taught him to sift through and investigate information, and to find creative and ethical solutions. After obtaining his degree from USC, Nathan worked at Carrazco Law as a legal assistant to Christopher Holm. This work furthered Nathans interest in the legal field and inspired him to pursue a career as an attorney. Nathan valued the attorney-client relationship and the opportunity to bring clients justice, recognition of their loss, and care for their injuries. Nathan attended law school at Chapman Universitys Dale E. Fowler School of law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2024. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk at a patent and trademark firm, The Patel Law Firm in Laguna Hills, where he gained valuable skills in legal writing, strategy, and analysis. However, his passion remained with civil rights and personal injury cases because of the strength of the attorney-client relationship and the opportunity to serve his community. Nathan returned to Carrazco Law, where he assisted in legal research, writing pleadings and drafting trial motions in cases with tens to hundreds of millions of dollars in value. He passed the California State Bar Exam in July of 2024 and immediately started fighting for the people of the State of California. Nathan is based out of the Irvine office of Carrazco Law.
