Mr. Garcia is the managing partner of ADVISE. Mr. Garcia founded ADVISE to provide a modern approach to legal services by utilizing todays technological advances. Mr. Garcias vision for ADVISE is based on his journey through the legal industry over the past decade and his goal to provide client-centered legal services. During his undergraduate, graduate, and legal studies, Mr. Garcia gained experience in the public and private sectors of the legal industry. He has worked in local, state, and federal government as well as in a civil defense firm. As an attorney, Mr. Garcia has represented a wide range of clients, including private corporations and companies, private parties, and governmental entities and has performed exemplary work on a diverse array of cases which included claims related to company and corporate formation, corporate liability, real estate, land use, employment, negligence, premises liability, torts, civil rights, contracts, and public records. Mr. Garcia has proved proficiency in advising his clients on their daily affairs and has become an adept litigator, ensuring that his clients are represented by a skillful attorney in and out of court.
