Samantha Jane Mayberry

Samantha Mayberry Biography Samantha Jane Mayberry is an associate in Wicker Smiths Jacksonville office. She works in a variety of practice areas including medical malpractice, professional liability, and general liability matters. Samantha attended the University of South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration with Leadership Distinction, graduating in 2021. There, she earned several honors, including the University Presidential Excellence Award, and the Student Body Presidents Meritorious Award in recognition of her service to the campus community. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2024. During law school, Samantha further broadened her legal knowledge at Oxford University, where she took courses in Theories of Constitutional Interpretation, European Union Law, and English Legal History. Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an attorney, Samantha was a summer associate with the firm. Previously, she gained experience as a Certified Legal Intern for the Childrens Advocacy Clinic at the FSU Law Public Interest Law Center where she provided legal services to under-represented individuals. Additionally, Samantha is passionate about youth mentorship and loves giving back to her community. She serves as a member of the Young Alumni Philanthropy Board for Camp Seafarer and Camp Sea Gull. Samantha is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks!
