Lauren M. Penn

Lauren is an experienced civil defense litigator who concentrates her practice in all areas of commercial transportation, premises liability and products liability, and also has extensive experience representing clients in animal liability and condominium law. She represents both business owners and individuals in cases involving catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. In addition to defending transportation industry clients in personal injury litigation, Lauren performs risk assessments and advises her clients on best practices, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
