James Braden

James M. Braden is a San Francisco-based attorney with over 35 years of experience in transactional and general litigation matters. He clerked for the then-Chief Justice of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals from 1980 to 1981. Mr. Braden holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was Editor of the Harvard Law Review, and a B.A. from Macalester College. He is also a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. His practice areas include contracts, business organizations, and real estate law.
