Joseph is an Associate Attorney focusing his practice on land use and zoning, real estate litigation, and general real estate matters. Joseph received his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, where he devoted his studies to Environmental and Administrative Law. While at Georgia State, Joseph served as an Associate Editor for the College of Laws Law Review journal. He also interned for then-Judge and now-Justice Shawn Ellen LaGrua at Fulton County Superior Court, the Council of Superior Court Judges of Georgia, as well as the Solicitors Office at the U. S. Department of Interior. During his time at Interior, Joseph had the opportunity to help implement the Endangered Species Act, his favorite statutory provision. Before law school, Joseph attended the University of Alabama, where he graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Spanish. Joseph is a proud Atlanta native, and when he isnt vehemently rooting for the Atlanta Braves or the Crimson Tide, he takes any chance he can to go hiking throughout his home state. Joseph is also an aspiring chef and is a frequent customer at the Buford Highway Farmers Market.
