Tiffany M. Caudill

Tiffanys legal practice focuses on providing real estate and estate planning services to clients in Ohio. Tiffany has experience with assisting clients with real estate matters such as residential real estate sales, lot splits and consolidations, foreclosures, residential leases, and zoning regulations. She enjoys providing clients help with estate planning matters so that they can avoid the costly and time-consuming probate process and find comfort in having their affairs in order, such as trusts, wills, health care and financial powers of attorney, and living wills. Tiffany also has experience in business representation matters such as business sales and acquisitions, preparation of business creation documents, and contract review. Tiffany is a native of Hazard, Kentucky. She graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. She went on to receive her law degree from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. As a new Cincinnati resident, Tiffany enjoys spending her free time exploring the city. She also enjoys traveling, taking walks with her two rescue dogs, and reading.
