Joseph also brings deep experience in foreclosure defense from his time with The Ticktin Law Group, where he advocated for clients facing foreclosure, breach of contract, and negligence claims. His approach emphasizes understanding clients unique needs and striving to protect their financial well-being in challenging situations. Before moving to Florida, Joseph held key in-house and management positions in Chicago. He served as General Counsel and President for a Chicago-based advertising agency, and as General Manager and Attorney for a Chicago-based real estate management and restaurant development firm. His roles included overseeing contract negotiation, compliance, and real estate management, equipping him with a broad understanding of the business and legal landscapes. Joseph is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor graduating Cum Laude, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University. He is licensed to practice in both Florida and Illinois.
