She served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas International Law Journal and as President of the Muslim Law Students Association, experiences that strengthened her legal writing, leadership, and commitment to ethical advocacy. She was also selected as an inaugural Squire Patton Boggs Racial Justice Fellow, an honor recognizing her dedication to fairness and equal access to justice.
