Kathleen Campbell

Kathleen Campbell Schaub is a partner at Sloane and Walsh. Ms. Schaub concentrates her practice on a range of civil litigation matters including insurance coverage, insurance appraisals, insurance assignment of benefits, bad faith litigation, insurance defense, subrogation, personal injury losses, fire losses, water losses, and snow/ice losses. Ms. Schaub is admitted to practice in Connecticut. Ms. Schaub earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Concentration in Law and Society from Clark University (Worcester, MA). In 2016, Ms. Schaub earned her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut School of Law (Hartford, CT). During law school, Ms. Schaub gained experience interning at the State of Connecticut Attorney Generals Office in the Public Safety Department. During her internship, she represented the State during oral argument at the Connecticut Appellate Court. The Court ultimately ruled in her favor. She was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 in the area of Insurance Coverage. Ms. Schaub lives in Connecticut, where she enjoys playing her violin in a local orchestra.
