Joshua D. Moore

Attorney Josh D. Moore joined Clement, Van Ronzelen & Schulte on January 1, 2021. Josh grew up in the west-central town of Clinton, Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for college. After graduating from Mizzou, Josh worked in the hospitality industry for a few years before attending law school. Josh graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law with honors in 2012. While attending law school he served as Associate Editor in Chief of the Journal of Environmental & Sustainability Law. After law school, Josh worked for a small law firm in Columbia, Missouri, where he represented small businesses in commercial litigation and helped individuals with their estate planning. In October 2014, Josh moved to Cook, Vetter, Doerhoff & Landwehr P. C. where he began practicing personal injury litigation under the mentorship of Timothy Van Ronzelen, Matt Clement, and Kari Schulte while also continuing his commercial litigation and real estate litigation practice. Since 2014, Josh has represented individuals in a wide range of cases, including: motor vehicle negligence, slip and falls, trip and falls, nursing home abuse/neglect, insurance disputes, breach of contract, and real estate disputes. Attorney Josh D. Moore lives in Columbia, Missouri, with his wife Sara and his daughter Breleigh. Josh coaches basketball in the Columbia Youth Basketball Association (CYBA) and has helped coach youth soccer. Josh and his family enjoy traveling, cooking, and enjoying Columbias many parks.
