Travis Tuggle

Travis Tuggle Attorney Travis is an attorney in our litigation department, primarily focusing on personal injury litigation. Travis handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability incidents. Travis was born and raised in Americus, Georgia. In 2013, Travis graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University, with honors, majoring in political science and a minor in history. During his time at GSW, Travis worked full-time in construction, was an officer in the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and received various honors and recognitions, including receiving a nomination for the Whos Who Among College Students, the Charles F. Crisp Academic Scholarship, and invitations from the Gamma Beta Phi and Sigma Alpha Epsilon honors societies. Travis went on to graduate from Mercer Universitys Walter F. George School of Law in 2017. While at Mercer, Travis was on the Deans List, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society, and received three CALI awards for receiving the highest grade in the class. Travis began working at Dozier Law Firm as a law clerk in 2015 during his first summer of law school and continued to work part-time for the remainder of his time in law school. Since entering practice in 2017, Travis has gained extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, ranging from pre-trial motions to appellate practice. Travis has been lead counsel and co-counsel in trials in both the State and Federal Courts. Travis has also worked on several appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Travis currently lives in Macon with his wife, Ashley, their son, James Thomas, and their dog Bailey. In his free time, Travis enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
