Alexander Wolf

Mr. Alexander Wolf is known for his ability to develop complex legal arguments and achieve favorable results in consumer class action and business litigation. He is an innovative, strategic lawyer, a skilled legal writer, and advocate. He joins Milberg as a Senior Associate with a focus on class action litigation. Prior to joining Milberg, Mr. Wolf was a litigator at DLA Piper LLP and Akin Gump Straus Hauer & Feld LLP in Los Angeles for over eight years where he represented public and private companies in consumer class actions and other complex commercial disputes. His practice included counseling Apple, Danone, Chipotle, Bayer, and other companies across the food and beverage, consumer electronics, and hospitality sectors in false advertising, unfair competition, and data privacy matters. His experience extends from obtaining complete pretrial victories to defending favorable judgments on appeal. Building upon this perspective, Mr. Wolf turned his focus to representing aggrieved consumers in class action litigation. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Wolf is a proud husband and father of a wonderful daughter. He enjoys mixed martial arts and fantasy sports.
