Tasha James

Tasha James Tasha is on the Firms litigation team, representing clients in a variety of disputes related to non-payment for work and allegations of improper or incomplete work. In addition to her litigation practice, Tasha is an experienced transactional attorney, having drafted numerous types of documents including those related to residential real estate sales and purchases. Tasha is active in the Dallas Bar Association and currently serves as one of the Co-Vice Chairs for the Mock Trial Committee. Tasha is admitted to practice before the Texas courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the state, appellate and supreme courts of Georgia.
