Samantha N. Wasiluk

Samantha N. Wasiluk Attorney Samantha Wasiluk is an attorney at Gruenberg Law dedicated to representing individuals in labor and employment cases. Samantha protects individuals who have been subjected to a variety of workplace mistreatment, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. She also works on wage and hour disputes. Samantha is a Los Angeles, California native. Before law school, Samantha graduated from the University of Arizona where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law, and a Minor in Sports Management. Samantha returned to California and obtained her J. D. from California Western School of Law. While at California Western, Samantha was awarded the Deans Diversity Scholarship and CWSL Admissions Scholarship. She also worked for the Pima County Attorneys Office, and completed her clinical externship with Gruenberg Law. Samantha is a military spouse and member of the LGBTQ+ community. She maintains memberships with the San Diego Bar Association, Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association, San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, California Lawyers Association, Military Spouse J. D. Network, and Consumer Attorneys of California. Samantha enjoys traveling, golfing, cooking, and hiking with her dog, Nala.
