Christian Flores

Christian is a senior associate in Dentons´ Lima office. He focuses his practice on corporate and civil law, as well as consumer protection and competition issues. In his practice, Christian supports local and international companies in the planning of legal strategies for their incorporation as well as the vehicles used for the development of their commercial activities. He is also part of the team that works on due diligence processes for global and local transactions. Christian has significant experience in drafting, advising on and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts including memorandums of understanding, sale and purchase, supplier, transportation and loan agreements, for the agro-industrial, mining, healthcare, financial, technology and transportation sectors He also has experience in supporting the drafting of shareholders meetings and board session minutes, as well as in drafting shareholders and investment agreements. Christian also focuses on consumer protection issues. Christian prepares reports on risk management, reviews consumer contracts, and is part of the team that represents our clients before the Peruvian consumer protection authorities (INDECOPI).
