Brian O'Shaughnessy

Mr. OShaughnessy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association and was honored as a former member of the Brock-Cooper American Inn of Court. In 2009, he became president of the Chattanooga Bar Associations Young Lawyers Division and served on the Chattanooga Bar Association Board of Directors. Mr. OShaughnessy currently sits on the Federal Defender Services of Eastern Tennessee Board of Directors and assists as co-counsel for the Boy Scouts of America Cherokee Area Council.
