Thomas Blair

Blair joined the Firm in July 2012 and is a Shareholder and Managing Attorney for the Kansas Foreclosure Department and the Loss Mitigation Department in the corporate office in Overland Park, KS. He is currently admitted to practice law in Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. He obtained his B. A. in English from the University of Kansas in 2006. He obtained his law degree from University of St. Thomas in 2009. Blairs practice focuses on judicial foreclosure and creditors rights litigation. Blair has successfully prosecuted contested foreclosures from motion practice, at trial, and the Kansas Court of Appeals.
