About
Originally from King City, Ontario, Canada, Bradley Denniston moved to South Florida to finish his undergraduate degree. In his final year, he switched from medical studies to focus on his passion for law. Mr. Denniston attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree and graduated first in his class-ahead of one hundred and fifty of his peers. Mr. Dennistons extensive legal knowledge combined with his background in medical studies puts him in the unique position to thoroughly understand both the legal and medical treatment that comes with personal injury cases. Over the years, Mr. Denniston has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in bodily injury and bad-faith insurance claims through pre-suit, litigation, trial, and at the appellate level. Mr. Denniston is currently barred in Florida and in the Southern District of Florida in federal court. Mr. Dennistons legal resume includes working under the honorable Judge John J. OSullivan at the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, in addition to working in personal injury, personal injury protection, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, and class-action multi district litigation. Giving back to his community, Mr. Denniston received an Honors Pro Bono Award for dedicating over three hundred hours of volunteering over the three years. He has worked closely with the Guardian Ad Litem Program of Broward County to advocate for the rights of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in foster care and the state court system. Mr. Denniston works closely with his clients and personally oversees every case at The Right Law Firm, ensuring every client has direct access to their attorney so they have someone they can rely on during their time of need,
