Jose has extensive experience defending cases involving premises liability, construction liability, construction defect, product liability, landlord/tenant disputes, trip and fall incidents, defamation cases, and general liability claims involving catastrophic and traumatic brain injuries. His passion for the law is evidenced by the positive verdicts he has achieved for his clients. Jose obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and obtained his JD from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing tennis with his family and friends.
