She then began working on the civil defense side where she gained valuable knowledge in law and motion and trial preparation. After leaving the firm she began an exciting career at the Placer County Pubic Defenders Office where she represented people who were charged with crimes. Julias duties included evaluating cases and requesting investigation and negotiating settlements with the District Attorneys Office. Julia also represented numerous people in jury trials with outstanding results. After over four years at the Public Defenders Office, she started her own law firm where she represented people in a variety of different areas including real estate, bankruptcy, civil rights and real estate issues. Her goal has always been to listen to the client to determine what he or she wants and then her skills to get the best possible outcome. Julia is a licensed attorney in California.
