Amanda Zganjar

Amanda focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. Amanda has experience with probate and guardianship administration. She helps individuals navigate estate administration, which often involves opening an estate with the probate court, managing and distributing assets, and assisting loved ones in wrapping up the decedents affairs. She also assists individuals in applications for guardianship, guardianship defense, and administration after a guardian is appointed. She also focuses her practice on estate planning, which often includes creating a last will and testament, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will, and transfer on death affidavits. It can also include the creation of a trust, if one is needed, to carry out a persons wishes. She is also admitted to practice before both the Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio. Amandas Background Amanda graduated from the University of Akron in 2016 with a bachelors degree in psychology and a minor in pre-law/philosophy. Amanda then attended the University of Akron School of Law, graduating in 2019 with a certificate in litigation. During law school, Amanda served as president of the Moot Court Honor Society, was on the law review staff, and traveled to regional and national competitions as a member of Akron Law Trial Team, Moot Court Honor Society, and the Client Counseling Competition team. Amanda gained valuable experience clerking for Maguire Legal Group while in law school. Although she has held positions at other firms, she says that coming back to work for Maguire Schneckenburger feels like coming home.
