Ms. Martell’s representative cases with Firstpoint Law Group include a $1 million liquid assets divorce settlement that was achieved without trial. Representing a business client in court, she achieved a jury verdict of non-liability for fraud. She also helped a client recover money after being fired when she took a leave from work to receive chemotherapy.Katherine Martell earned her J.D. cum laude at the American University’s Washington College of Law.
