Peter advises clients in all facets of real estate development, acquisition, disposition and commercialization with particular emphasis on leasing. Peter is also the principal of Monogram Property, a commercial real estate investment venture. Prior to joining Booke & Ajlouny, Peters early legal career focused on technology and intellectual property law. He served as General Counsel for Click To Market, Inc., Corporate Counsel for Stratify, Inc. (acquired by Iron Mountain ) as well as staff counsel for Intel Corporation. Peter also co-founded Popover Games ( acquired by Playsino ). On behalf of his clients, Peter has negotiated and closed technology transactions and licensing deals with the largest and most innovative companies in Silicon Valley. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 in Computer Engineering from Boston University. In 1994, he earned his J. D. from St. Johns University School of Law, New York. Peter is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
