Michael J. Palumbo

Mike Palumbos practice includes most areas of insurance and commercial contract defense. Graduating from Southwestern University Law School after success at IBM and First Interstate Bank of California, Mr. Palumbo began practicing insurance defense and insurance subrogation in 1993. His practice initially developed in the area of civil defense, workers compensation defense and workers compensation subrogation in the State of California and expanded to include all forms of insurance defense when he returned to his home State of Arizona. Being licensed in Arizona, California and Washington, Mr. Palumbo has acted as Managing Partner and Managing Attorney in Arizona and Nevada, and was selected as one of the ten (10) Senior Trial Counsel for The Hartford Insurance Company. He has been involved in appeals both at the State Court of Appeals in Arizona and California, as well as in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. With greater than thirty (30) trials to verdict, Mr. Palumbo is a seasoned trial litigator and negotiator.
