Experienced Estate and Business Planning Attorney Jacqueline is a bilingual speaking (English/Spanish) attorney who provides business & estate planning services to families and individuals across the state of Texas. Originally from the Port Isabel/South Padre Island area, Jacqueline, her husband Jesus, their daughters, and grandma Velia, live in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas. She enjoys reading, spending time growing in her faith, and hopes to one day finish her flight hours earning her pilots license. Family time is very important to Jacqueline. As a family, they enjoy being outdoors bike riding, playing at a nearby park, relaxing at Boerne Lake, and traveling out to Florida to see family along with Mickey and the gang. Why Estate and Business Planning?My moms story: My mothers parents passed by the time she was 18. With no prior arrangements made, my mom at 18, accepted the responsibility to care for her five younger siblings. With no guidance, she did what she could. Sadly, within a year of their death, my mom and her siblings lost everything. Other than a few pictures, all tangible and intangible assets were lost. My husbands story: At age 6, his single mother passed away of cancer. With some time to plan, his mother made arrangements for all of the eight minor children and her assets. The arrangements included guardianship nominations with godparents, family members, and friends. Although the loss of their mother is still felt, they have all grown to be well-adjusted contributing members of society.
