Prior to joining Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP, Kevin served as law clerk for Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery and Judge Paul R. Wallace of the Delaware Superior Court, Complex Commercial Litigation Division. Before entering the legal profession, Kevin was a policy advocate and lobbyist focusing on labor and tax issues.
