Deztany Johnson

Deztany is an Associate in the firms Litigation and Business Departments. Deztanys specific areas of practice include contract litigation, commercial, residential, and real estate litigation. Deztany appreciates the opportunity to assist individuals with various litigation needs. Deztany completed her philosophy and political science undergraduate at Miami University in 2015. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton College of Law in 2022. As a UD law student, Deztany was the Black Law Student Association president, Chief Justice UDSL Moot Court, teaching assistant to Professor Ebony Davenport, Judge Epley, and received the Brother Raymond Fitz Student for Justice Award recipient. Before joining PSE as an attorney, she practiced civil litigation for the past year, concentrating on insurance defense, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
