James J. Walsh is a partner in the firms Philadelphia office. He concentrates his practice in complex general liability defense matters and has considerable experience in premises, auto, and products liability claims; professional negligence; contractor/commercial litigation; and defense of claims involving regulated industries, such as private security and common carriers. He also helps ski areas/resorts with the defense of claims involving their all-season activities. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the Ski Team. He earned his J. D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. When not practicing law, Mr. Walsh enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons in Langhorne, PA, keeping fit, and skiing.
