Zoran Balac

Zoran Balac Attorney Zoran Balac is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in a wide range of matters at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts throughout the country. Prior to joining the Pattakos Law Firm, Zoran was an attorney at Gallagher Sharp LLP in Cleveland, where he worked on a variety of complex litigation matters involving civil rights, personal injury, consumer protection, class actions, commercial contracts, antitrust, copyright infringement, landlord-tenant disputes, and more. Zoran has extensive experience in bankruptcy law, and has successfully represented debtors and creditors in a variety of complex chapter 7 and chapter 11 cases. After law school, Zoran clerked for a federal bankruptcy judge in Chicago and then joined a boutique restructuring practice, where he worked on several highly complex matters, including a multi-billion dollar bid to purchase the Indiana Toll Road on behalf of a group of local county governments. He also successfully led a joint defense of hundreds of property investors against fraudulent transfer and preference claims asserted by a chapter 7 trustee, obtaining a complete dismissal for his clients.
