Hunter Taylor McCray

Originally from the Texas Gulf Coast, Taylor is a dual alumnus of Louisiana State University receiving both his Bachelors of Science in finance and Juris Doctorate from the university. He is a passionate Louisiana State University sports fan, collegiate rugby player, Boston Marathon finisher, avid skier and outdoors-man. He applies his competitive nature to the advocacy of his clients throughout representation. Licensed to practice law in Texas and California, Taylor focuses his practice on litigation and trial work with an emphasis on commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, insurance claims and employment law. Taylor handles all legal matters and disputes from date of incident through resolution. Taylor has experience handling wrongful termination and withholding of bonus compensation claims along with commercial disputes involving the private equity and commercial real estate industries, construction, oil and gas and transportation industries. Taylor has unique firsthand experience responding to numerous issues within the maritime and transportation industries. He has performed land and water based contemporaneous investigations involving tractor trailers, large ocean going vessels, and inland barges. Driven from experience, Taylor knows how to immediately assess, handle and investigate catastrophic death and injury claims on behalf of his clients. He draws on this experience to provide peace of mind to his clients in times of strife.
