EXPERIENCE Ms. King is an Associate in Price Postel & Parmas Litigation Practice Group. As a member of the group, Ms. King provides counsel and representation in the wide range of civil litigation matters handled by the firm. She provides strategic counsel through comprehensive legal research and practical guidance to help clients navigate their legal needs. Ms. King represents private citizens, public entities, and homeowners associations. Her practice focuses on many aspects of property law. She has advised clients regarding a variety of issues including land use, real property disputes, construction matters, and landlord-tenant matters. Specifically, Ms. King has handled matters involving boundary disputes, easements, interpretation and application of homeowners association governing documents, construction defects, mechanics liens, and unlawful detainer actions.
