Kevin Sherman

Mr. Sherman is a Senior Counsel at VMS, focusing on litigation. Born in the Bay Area, he earned his B. A. from DePaul University and his J. D. from UC College of the Law, San Francisco. Kevin started his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Solano County, gaining valuable courtroom experience. Before joining VMS in 2021, he worked in plaintiff-side litigation at a civil firm. Kevin is a member of the California, New York, and District of Columbia Bars. He is is motivated by a dedication to continuous learning, a principle echoed in Carl Sagans words: Our passion for learning ... is the tool for our survival. At VMS, Kevin handles a range of cases including commercial litigation, product liability defense, and employment defense, demonstrating a strong track record in securing favorable outcomes for clients in both courts and arbitration proceedings.
