Mitchell Joseph Wallum

Mitch Wallum is a general civil litigator. Mr. Wallum represents a variety of clients in both state and federal courts. When did you start practicing law as a licensed attorney? I started practicing in Fall 2023 after graduating from law school. What do you like about your work? Every day as an attorney presents unique challenges and opportunities. I enjoy the fast-paced and intellectually stimulating nature of the profession. Additionally, I take pride in helping my clients reach their goals. Is it more important to maximize revenue or minimize risk? Maximize revenue. Lawyers are often overly cautious and risk-averse, which is not always helpful to clients in the real world. My job is to explain a clients options and provide practical, timely advice to help them reach their objectives. Frequently, this involves assuming an appropriate level of risk in order to maximize revenue. When was the last time you said no to a client? Earlier today. It is important to say no to problematic ideas. However, instead of simply rejecting an idea, coming up with a better alternative to meet the clients goals is critical.
