Tony Pollreisz

John Anthony Tony Pollreisz is a licensed and experienced DWI and criminal defense attorney living in San Antonio, Texas. A proud lifelong Texan, Mr. Pollreisz was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. He obtained his bachelors degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and moved to San Antonio to earn his law degree from St. Marys University School of Law. While in law school he met his wife, Elizabeth, and the two are proud to call San Antonio home. He has represented clients from all walks of life and prides himself in having defended the little guys and underdogs of the justice system throughout his career. Mr. Pollreisz is also fluent in Spanish and has successfully represented many Spanish-speaking clients throughout his career. He is certified to practice in Federal Immigration Court and assists the firm with immigration matters coinciding with criminal matters. Mr. Pollreisz is a member of The State Bar of Texas, The Texas Young Lawyers Association, The San Antonio Bar Association, and The San Antonio Young Lawyers Association. He is also ordained to perform weddings in the State of Texas. Coming from a background of diverse legal experience, Mr. Pollreisz brings a unique perspective to Dunham & Jones. He worked at the St. Marys Justice Clinic for one year while in law school, while at the same time working as a legal assistant for a local construction attorney. After being licensed Mr. Pollreisz worked for a major social security and disability law firm, fighting for disabled clients and taking hundreds of cases to administrative hearings. Mr. Pollreisz then worked with a large and well-known personal injury law fighting trucking and insurance companies in civil litigation matters.
