Since her first legal position as a social security disability and workers compensation attorney, Emma stops at nothing to ensure her clients receive the dignity and legal opportunities they deserve. After switching to Lemon Law early in her career, she discovered she loved the thrill of helping consumers recover from big car manufacturers. Focused on protecting consumers from cash-driven dealerships and manufacturers, she has continued on this path ever since. Born in Buffalo, New York and now a PA native, she is admitted to practice in four states and has handled cases throughout PA, NJ, NY, OH, GA, MD, ME, CO, IL, and DC. After countless depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials, her attention to detail and strong organizational skills allow Emma Robison to take on multiple jurisdictions while maintaining the integrity of each claim. Emma believes the key to a successful case is not only having the right documentation, but also effective and open communication with every one of her clients. She understands that the Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty process is foreign to many, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain each step to her clients in order to properly guide them to the best resolution. In addition to protecting Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty rights on an individual basis, Emma Robison has also acted on behalf of class action objectors. To help protect the rights of consumers on a whole, she has collaborated with other attorneys to write briefs objecting to and explaining why a certain class action settlement is unfair to consumers and violates their Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty rights.
