Ross H. Chafin is a shareholder in the Jacksonville office of Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball, where he is a member of the Real Estate practice group. Ross focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land use, development and operation of real property. Rosss experience includes transactions across many asset classes, including multi-family residential, office, industrial, retail, educational, RV and automotive dealerships, healthcare, commercial condominiums, and master planned mixed-use projects. He also counsels clients concerning title-related matters, commercial lease negotiations, loans secured by real property (including construction loans), easements and other use rights, sale of real property assets within the sale of a business, documentary stamp tax matters, tax deferred exchanges and complex homestead issues with related tax considerations.
