Joseph Daniel

Partner Daniel Joseph Daniel Joseph graduated from Mt. Union College in 1968 and graduated Cum Laude from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1972. Following law school he worked for Justice Louis L. Mandarino for three years, on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as a judicial law clerk. Since that time, he has worked as an Assistant Public Defender, an Assistant District Attorney and has been engaged in the private practice of law. Attorney Joseph is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. In 1995, he was named to Whos Who in American Law. He has been voted Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2004 and has also been named as one of the top 100 Trial Lawyers in the State of Pennsylvania by the American Trial Laywers Association. He is a member of the Westmoreland County Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Inns of Court.
