J. Gabriel

Anthony Gabriel is a partner specializing in the areas of health care law and professional liability, with a particular emphasis on medical malpractice, along with complex, multi-party litigations. Anthony currently represents numerous health care entities, including hospitals, specialty practice groups, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and providers which encompass all types of medicine and specialties. With more than 10 years of experience in civil defense litigation, Anthony has spent the majority specializing in health care law. From this experience, Anthony has handled litigations, investigations, and other proceedings from initiation through final judgment. Additionally, a portion of his practice includes representing clients in complex litigations involving multiple parties and dockets simultaneously in various state and federal forums. Anthony is trusted to provide comprehensive representation to clients facing significant exposure liability claims. Anthony graduated from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. During law school, Anthony completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Christopher C. Conner of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Anthony also completed four semesters as a certified legal intern with the Dauphin County District Attorneys office, as well as a summer internship with the Attorney Generals Office, Department of Insurance Fraud. Anthony remains active in the Dauphin County Bar Association, where he currently serves as the Vice-President.
