Quentin Welborn

Professional Experience Quentin is an associate attorney in the firm’s civil litigation department and practices primarily in the areas of commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, litigation involving condominium and homeowners’ association disputes, and landlord-tenant disputes. Quentin has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 2021 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District Court of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District Court of Florida. Quentin attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in May of 2021. While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Quentin served as a member of the Moot Court Board where he competed twice in the ABA Law Student Division National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Quentin also worked in the Veterans and Service Members Legal Clinic where he helped United States Military Veterans on a pro bono basis in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Additionally, while in law school, Quentin was of a handful of students selected to participate in a two-week seminar on the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, which was taught by United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and (now) District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
