Samuel Stennis

Biography Sam is shareholder practicing in the firms litigation section. He is licensed to practice in Texas, the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Sam was an attorney for the Texas Eleventh Court of Appeals, where he assisted the Court in preparing its opinions. Areas of Concentration: Sam represents clients in defending and pursuing actions involving complex oil and gas litigation matters, employment and labor claims, contract disputes, and a variety of other civil matters. His practice includes helping clients obtain relief in the appellate courts through appeals and original proceedings. Sam has experience in all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation investigation through discovery, depositions, motion practice, first-chair trial, and appellate practice.
