Maurice Nernberg

Mr. Nernberg has been practicing law since 1965 after working as a tax accountant for a short period. He has independently practiced law since 1966, either as a sole practitioner or as a member of Maurice A. Nernberg & Associates. He has been lead counsel in numerous successful litigation matters, in state and federal courts, jury and non-jury trials, as well as arbitration, both within and without the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in numerous counties in Pennsylvania. He has also been lead counsel in numerous appellate cases, in state and federal courts. In addition to trial matters, Mr. Nernberg has also handled numerous corporate transactions, including formation, mergers and reorganizations as well as acquisitions and agreements related to corporate and business activity. As a necessary element of business planning, Mr. Nernberg is active in estate planning and drafting of wills. Mr. Nernberg is a 1961 graduate of Bucknell University, where he obtained a degree in Commerce and Finance, concentrating on accounting. He graduated the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1964. He has used his tax and accounting experience in guiding and advising clients in business matters throughout his career. His work can best be described as all legal matters pertaining to commercial and business transactions and litigation.
