Lauren Strax

Ms. Straxs practice focuses on insurance and subrogation litigation, including wrongful death and non-subscriber claims. Prior to joining Downs & Stanford, P. C., Lauren practiced workers compensation, handling all matters of dispute resolution before the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers Compensation. Laurens proficiency in the practice of law is varied. She is experienced in civil and criminal defense, oil and gas, and real estate transactions. Lauren has represented medical professionals before the Texas Board of Medical Examiners and the Texas Board of Nursing. She is also a certified mediator.
