Kevin T. Kucharz

Kevin is an accomplished litigator with a track record of success. He currently focuses on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, mass tort and product liability litigation, government regulatory actions, and political matters. Over the course of his nearly two-decade career, Kevin has represented a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals. Through these representations, Kevin has developed substantial experience in handling legal issues facing numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, tobacco, agricultural products, cannabis, automotive, consumer products, business services, and insurance among others. From the largest client to the smallest, Kevin focuses on providing each of them with dynamic and efficient legal strategies that get results. Prior to joining Chalmers, Adams, Backer & Kaufman as a Member, Kevin worked at large, national law firms, where he honed his litigation and trial advocacy skills in complex, high-stakes, and contentious cases. Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, where he majored in political science. He then went on to obtain his law degree from the Emory University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida.
