Jarrod Burns

Professional Experience After graduating from St. Marys University School of Law Jarrod practiced for seven years in San Antonio, Texas with a well established civil litigation firm handling commercial litigation and insurance defense matters for various defendants in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Jarrod handles a wide variety of commercial matters including suits based on the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, products liability, contracts, and fraud. Jarrods representation of insureds includes the defense of claims arising out of major vehicle/truck accidents, premises liability, and a variety of general negligence claims.
