Michael Anthony Pica

Michael-Anthony Pica is an experienced attorney who excels in the courtroom. With over fifteen years as a prosecutor, Michael-Anthony has handled over 100 jury trials. Michael-Anthony started his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Charlotte County. After transferring to the Lee County office, he was promoted to a specialized position dealing with violent crime and weapon offenses. Michael-Anthony eventually moved on to the Florida Attorney Generals Office of Statewide Prosecution, where he handled multi-circuit complex criminal litigation. His trial acumen and leadership skills earned him the position of Bureau Chief. After leaving government employment, Michael-Anthony practiced civil litigation at two of the most historic and significant law firms in Southwest Florida. Additionally, Michael-Anthony is an adjunct professor at Florida Gulf Coast University and a former legal instructor at the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy. Michael-Anthony graduated with his B. A. from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, and obtained his J. D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Michael-Anthony is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia. Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Michael-Anthony is a first-generation Italian-American. He lives in Fort Myers with his wife and children.
