Jonathan Kester

Jonathan M. Kester was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and has been practicing law for 15 years. In that time has represented clients in both criminal and complex civil cases. After completing high school, he attended his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida (Gainesville). After earning his Bachelor of Arts (B. A.) in Criminology he stayed in Gainesville and attended the Levin College of Law when he obtained his Juris Doctorate (J. D.) from the University of Florida as well. While in law school, Mr. Kester also studied international law abroad attending law school at the University of Montpellier (Montpellier, France). After completing law school, he began practicing law in Tallahassee, Florida working for Harper & Harper, an experienced death penalty and civil litigation law firm, There under the direction and guidance of the legendary attorney Robert Harper and his son, he represented clients in various legal matters ranging from death row appeals to automobile accidents. During his years in Tallahassee, Mr. Kester filed numerous appeals in State, Federal, and Supreme Court reversing convictions and illegal sentences for the wrongful accused in Florida.
