About
Sarah Kirschbaum Robertson Associate Sarah Kirschbaum Robertson advises clients on a wide range of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorces, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, paternity and legitimation matters, and child custody and support disputes. Sarah’s interests and career have always centered around advocating for the well-being of children and families. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Georgia, where she graduated cum laude. She earned her Master of Education degree in child studies from Vanderbilt University. She earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology and president of the Jewish Law Association. During law school, Sarah gained valuable advocacy experience while working in the Domestic and Sexual Violence Clinic at UNC Law, where she represented clients in cases involving domestic violence, protective orders, child custody and child support, divorce and Title IX issues. She also provided more than 100 hours of pro bono service hours to a range of organizations and causes, including the North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission, the Wake County District Attorney’s Jail Call Project, the Driver’s License Restoration Project, the North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and advocacy for a childcare grant through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Originally from Atlanta, Sarah now resides in Marietta with her husband Nick and enjoys trying new fitness classes, making charcuterie boards, and spending time with her golden retriever, Charlotte.
